Returns Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or colour, we recommend initiating a return for the unwanted item and placing a new order for the desired item.
- Alternatively, we can send you the exchanged item once we receive your initial order and inspect the returned product.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at ORDERS@hembe.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Authorisation
Returns without proper authorisation may not be accepted. Please ensure you follow the return process as instructed once you contact us via ORDERS@hembe.com.au
